After analyzing the Case, I have identified the moral issues as whether or not the children should be working at certain times, ages and under certain conditions because of their age. Since the normative thought process is that children are not mature enough to make intelligent life decisions prior to a certain age, then the adults should create a standardized practice in order to ensure the health and safety of the child worker. With this case I believe we are dealing with a moral prescriptive claim because adults has a moral duty to ensure all children’s safety and to lessen the risk of any health issues with our youth especially in a work environment.
